Accessibility
Connection should include more people.
We are working to make Fravorly and this website understandable, navigable, and usable across a range of needs and assistive technologies.
Our current approach
We aim to use clear language, semantic structure, readable contrast, visible keyboard focus, descriptive labels, scalable layouts, and alternatives for meaningful images. The iPhone app uses native platform controls where practical so it can benefit from built-in accessibility features.
Fravorly has not yet completed a formal accessibility conformance audit, and we do not claim certification against a specific standard at this time.
Help us improve
If you encounter a barrier, email [email protected]. Please include:
- the screen or page you were using;
- what you were trying to do;
- your device, operating system, browser or app version;
- the assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing it.
Do not include passwords, verification codes, or unnecessary private information.
Alternative support
If a feature or document is not usable for you, contact support and tell us what alternative format or assistance would help. We will make a reasonable effort to respond within 1-2 business days.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is part of product quality, not a one-time checkbox. We will update this statement as support is verified and improved.
